Factory-automated cutting/welding produces consistent wall/floor/roof modules, with strict inspections meeting international safety and durability standards. Bolted on-site assembly cuts construction time; pre-integrated insulation/waterproofing enables flexible module combinations for diverse climates.

The structural components are high-strength, lightweight, and corrosion-resistant. They can be flexibly disassembled and reused, aligning with the circular economy principles of green building. The modular design allows for customization, enabling the creation of different layouts and functional spaces according to customer needs.

Sandwich panels are the main enclosure material for prefabricated houses, offering multiple functions including enclosure, thermal insulation, heat insulation, and sound insulation. They utilize a three-layer composite structure, with the top and bottom layers made of color-coated steel, aluminum, or stainless steel plates, and the middle layer consisting of core materials such as rock wool, polyurethane, or polystyrene.
